Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The item arrived damaged, torn, or faulty

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@goldeneyetruckers.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you are eligible for a return and wish to receive a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately after your refund is processed.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or modify your order (including product variants), you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@goldeneyetruckers.com.
