Yes! We ship globally. Whether you're in the U.S. or across the globe, we’ll get your hat to you.

Q: How long does shipping take?

United States: 2–5 business days
Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and potential delays with postal services.

Q: Where can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email after we ship your order. Just click the link to follow your hat’s journey.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more depending on your region.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, hit us up ASAP at hello@goldeneyetruckers.com and we’ll do our best to update it. Once it's shipped, we can’t make changes.

Q: Can I return or exchange a hat?
For sure. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If it’s our bad (like a wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return costs. If it's a personal choice, shipping is on you
